- For backpack: The subscription plan performance is calculated on the maximum recommended area of (30,000 sqft)2800 m2 per day. Under optimal operating conditions, enterprise projects must execute in 4 days, business in 1 day, and essential in a fraction of a day.
- The density of points that hit the ground corresponds to the proportion of light that penetrates directly.
- Land survey accuracy requires that the subscriber knows the precise coordinates of the reference point to locate the base antenna by himself.
- The subscriber must inform the projections required. In case of not doing so, it will be delivered in UTM and WGS84.
- The subscriber must schedule the project and its execution for days of climatic, political, and social conditions that do not limit the performance of the operation.

- The subscriber´s responsibility is to do mission planning properly to gather the complete data.
- LiDARit stores the data for three months.
- The time of operation in the field considers one day to move to the point of interest.
- When orthophoto is required, and you plan to do it simultaneously, the subscription performance will be -50%. You can do the photos with another independent photo/drone tool for the same project, and we will process it without extra cost.
- Orthophoto will be georeferenced using virtual control points every 50m within the LiDAR; if you want to add real ground control points, you must add them to the data structure from the beginning.
Any condition out of these terms generates additional costs. Under the following fee:
- An extra day on the field: 20% of the subscription value
- Reprocessing: 20% of the subscription value
Loss, Damage to LiDARit system.
- If replacement of equipment is required due to an accident, a deductible equivalent to USD 5,000 must be paid and the "accident" unit MUST be returned to the master or dealer within 15 business days.
- If the LiDARit unit could not be recovered or returned (e.g. it fell into the sea or was stolen) or there was a total loss, the deductible value will be USD 17,000.
- These fees will be settled in the following manner. The master pays LiDARit and the subscriber/end customer pays the master. Within 15 working days of the event.
Be advised:
Even if the equipment recovers and during the diagnostic phase after the incident, our technical team determines that the equipment is not repairable, we´ll assume that the unit is a total loss.
A partial loss will be considered when the equipment is recovered and is in a repairable condition.
